One player — one AHL club. You can hold an AHL club and an NHL club at the same time. Multi-accounts are banned: one PSN — one account.
2. Season start
Registration is open now. The season starts automatically the moment all 32 clubs are taken: the schedule is built, deadlines are set and every player is notified.
3. Regular season
72 games per club in 45 days: everyone plays everyone home and away (62 games) plus 10 more against division rivals. You can play ahead; agree on times in My calendar.
Points: 2 for a win, 1 for an overtime or shootout loss, 0 for a regulation loss. AHL games count towards the ladder just like NHL games.
4. Game deadlines
By each deadline a club must have at least the stated number of games in the standings. Anyone who doesn't is removed automatically and can't return this season.
- 10 games by the end of day 7
- 22 games by the end of day 14
- 34 games by the end of day 21
- 45 games by the end of day 28
- 56 games by the end of day 35
- 72 games by the end of day 45
Other discipline rules are the same as in the NHL: inactivity, the Quitter badge, left means left.
5. Playoffs — Calder Cup
23 clubs qualify by their place in their division: Atlantic — 5, North — 6, Central — 5, Pacific — 7.
- First round — best-of-3. Top division seeds get a bye (three in a 7-club division, two in an 8-club division, one in a 10-club division), leaving four clubs in each division.
- Division semifinals — best-of-5 with re-seeding: the best remaining club plays the lowest remaining club.
- Division finals — best-of-5.
- Conference finals — best-of-7: Atlantic vs North, Central vs Pacific.
- Calder Cup Final — best-of-7.
Home-ice advantage goes to the club higher in the overall regular-season standings.
6. Prizes
Prize pool — 81 000 ₽, split the same as in the NHL season.
7. Match and score entry
Match settings, score entry, screenshots and appeals work as in the NHL season. Full league rules. When entering a score, choose Season, then AHL.
